Moderator (Dutch Speaking) The Role: * Moderators are a critical part of Sulake operations worldwide. The primary role of a moderator is to help maintain the level of safety and enjoyment on the site for users. Moderators take action against players breaking the Habbo hotel’s “house rules”, help players having problems, and address identified safety issues. The need for online moderation is fast growing, spurred by the rapid growth of online games and the Internet. This is a part-time paid position open_* to native Dutch speakers residing in Singapore and Malaysia.**_ On the job training will be provided, however prior customer service or online moderation experience is advantageous. Requirements * Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English * Familiar with using the Internet * Can type quickly and has basic office computing skills * Communications skills, in particular with teens * No criminal record Competencies Desired * Good interpersonal skills with colleagues and external partners * Problem solving skills * Leadership, should be able to take charge of a live event * Ability to stay calm under pressure * Familiar with online games and social networking sites Invitation To Apply The ideal candidate is a team player, gets along with teens and has their finger on the pulse of the Net. Candidate must speak and write Dutch fluently. Shift work is required due to the global nature of the job role.
