Hi there,
I'm sorry for all the buzz in the world. We thought Sulake really was going to merge all hotels. This is #### not true. Habbo Staff and some Moderators confirmed this. Like I said, I'm sorry for this world-shocking news. Original article is still up (click the spoiler button).
We're sorry for this incorrect information.
Mark
P.s. this article was never intended to create buzz, panic, or new visitors and it wasn't a stunt. P.s2. I (Yucca) thought this really could be true, the facts were building up. But as said, LadyStarlight and lots of other staffs said there will be no more merges, so I'm sorry I created this mess. Yucca.
[spoiler]#### For all the rumours: YES, It is possible Habbo will merge all the hotels. For everything is an solution. ***Please note that this doesn't have to be true. ***Also Moderators will not tell you the truth. They aren't allowed to tell you something. Also it is confirmed that moderators don't know anything yet.
Hi there!
Yucca just told me he and someone else found a few reasons why Sulake will merge more hotels with Habbo.com.
- A few days ago (8th of July), Habbo.com send out an alert in Danish.
- Sulake.com says the local services for Habbo.dk are at Habbo.com
- Habbo Denmark still has one staff-member.
- Ludus said it would be possible for Sulake to make one big (not happy) hotel.

What do you think? Will we all go to .com?

@LUDUS: *** Must Habbos of other hotels (for example Germany and Switzerland) be worried that their Habbo will merge, too?** ANSWER: If Sulake can find away to achieve this, and put ALL Habbo sites onto the .com - then in reality it would be the best way to achieve success I think they should be aiming towards. It could happen, as technically the Company is extremely capable.
Edit by Yucca - 12:15 Dutch Time:
All badges ever made are on the .COM server now... This is getting weird!
Edit by Yucca - 12:18 Dutch Time:
www.habbo.xx/start_merge redirects to an "https" page, but says the page isnt found. Why is it going to an https? And why only with start_merge? The merged hotels (AU, CA, SG, US & UK) had the same page before they merged.
Edit by Yucca - 12:47 Dutch Time:
All habbo hotels are technically already managed by Habbo.com
- Habbo is run by the Habbo.COM servers.
- All images are coming from Habbo.COM
- Dcr's are hosted on Habbo.COM
Edit by Yucca - 13:11 Dutch Time:
It seems that sulake is really doing this, look at these links: https://www.habbo.xx/identity/merge_progress https://www.habbo.xx/identity/merge_identity https://www.habbo.xx/identity/merge_done
Edit by Yucca - 13:50 Dutch Time:
Denneappel, a Dutch Habbo (Who spends lots of time in the Dutch Sulake office) said there is something going on. He knows more, it's a mess and Moderators are pissed off.

It was never** really **gone, but Sulake skipped the merge update and forgot to remove it in the following one:
.com got update 42 .de/.nl etc got update 42 NOT .com got update 43 .de/.nl etc got update 43
They forgott to remove it

A lot of staff are telling us that we won't merge with .com. I'll keep this article up because it is still "news".
There are many rumors about both the one and the other day. Here is some info that is 100% correct! There are rumors that many more Habbo sites will be merged with .com, among others Habbo.no.
**This is not true! **Habbo.no will NOT be merged with .com.
Some places now links to sites where they claim there is information about this. Let be to click on links you do not know. It's no secret that unfortunately someone quickly and easily create a rogue site, and therefore it is not actually a smart move uncontrollably just click on anything.
The information I give you now is 100% accurate and come directly from those responsible for all Habbo sites. Some other rumors going is that I should stop. It is not true! I would not dream of quitting as hotel manager in Habbo. It's the greatest job I can imagine, and you are "stuck" with me a long time! I promise.
