Oh hi!

It's been a while! Welcome to a revamped Puhekupla!

I made our old site around 2021, it was made from scratch using React for the front-end, Wordpress for most of the back-end and a custom solution for the rest of the content. Over the past months more and more parts started breaking, resulting in missing content, broken images and slow site responses. I've wanted to move away from React the moment I released the old site, if you don't work with it fulltime it's super annoying to keep up to date with all the versions they release, and each version is usually breaking a lot of stuff. Also Wordpress has never been the most secure thing there is.

Over the last few weeks I've been working on a newer version of our site, while trying to keep all the content we wrote over the last 17 years accessible.

As of now you can use the site as before, and a new design is coming soon. Below is a list of new features, and stuff that still needs to be made.

General changes:

• We will stop with our news system as it was. All content is still available in the archive.
• I've migrated our old news and blogs to use Markdown format, this will allow us to have more flexibility for future site updates.
• Our API Documentation is moved to inside our own site making it easier to find.
• We closed our local sites and will only focus on our main site (puhekupla.com)

New features:

• Clothing is now properly rendered, using the actual assets.
  • You're able to color parts using the official palettes, rotate them, change actions and even see the animations.
• Furni is no longer rendered as an static image.
  • You can rotate, change states and see animations for every furni we have ever found.

Missing features:

• Comments on old news and blogs are missing. They will be restored at a later point.
• Automatic posting finds to X is still broken.
• Search page is not working, will be added soon.
