One of Sulake's most powerful tools.. The Moderator Tool for Habbo Hotel Moderators! In this article I will try to explain to you what tools the Moderators have and what they can do.. The only thing we don't have a screenshot of is the **User Info:**-button.. Well, most of the things are explained already by the image beneath:  {.center} **#### The MOD tool** The MOD tool is a tool which have been made by Sulake to keep peace in all Habbo Hotels. Through this tool, Moderators can ban, kick and alert Habbos. Since RELEASE38, the MOD tool have been re-integrated into the Habbo Client. The box at the upper-left corner above shows the 'Mod Tool-menu'. From here, Moderators can keep peace in Habbo Hotel with one click. **'Room tool for this room'** As you can see on the image above this tool lets the Moderator use several tools in a room. At this screen, the Moderator can see all the general information about the room he is in. He can see who's the room owner, if the owner is in the room, how much guests there are in the room and if a event have been started in the room. At the right of this info, you can see several buttons. With these buttons, the Moderator can: - Enter the Room - See the actual Chatlog of the room - Edit the room in Housekeeping (this means editting things like the roomname, mission and that kinda stuff. - Bobba list (unsure about this one). When we go look at the boxes beneath we see the following things: - A checkbox which allows the Moderator to kick all users out of a room (also stops the event which had been started in the room). - Change room lock to doorbell-mode so the Moderator could enter anyways. - Change the room name to 'Inappropriate to hotel management' if the roomname is against the Habbo Hotel rules. But that's not all.. a moderator could even do more things! If a Moderator wants to send an alert to the room, he could choose between a mandatory message which he wrote hisself or he could use a programmed-template-alert. After that he could also choose if he wants to send the message as a Caution or just as a message. **'Chatlog'** I guess that this button/tool needs no introduction/explanation. This button just shows you the Chatlog of the room where the Moderator is in.. instantly! **'User info: %HABBONAME%'** It's still unsure where this button is used for, since we have no screenshots of it. **'Ticket Browser'** And then we have the last button! I guess if you look at the picture, this tool also needs no introduction/explanation. This tool is used to pick up, read and solve all your Call For Helps! Today Habbo updated to r39 today, while still buggy the new hotel feels near complete with just a few bugs left to fix up. When first going to habbo you are confronted by the new hotel image we found days ago. [](/images/uploads/r39_logon.gif) {.center} Then upon signing in and going to the hotel, there is a new loading bar.  {.center} It has a completly black background which slowly fades into the new hotel view. (Notice how the sidebar is more spread out) [](/images/uploads/r39_hotel_view.gif) {.center} And also a new handy tool is the new News module  {.center} One of the first things you will notice is that in the ME menu there is a new option called settings.  {.center} In the settings tab there is an option to change the volume level (default is Mute). We expect more will follow soon.  {.center} The Homeroom icon has had a make over and looks really nice make over and now closely resembles an exit sign (with a nest if you have a homeroom set or a hotel if not).  {.center} And also Habbo have brought in a new feature where you can just report users from the options under the Info-Matic  {.center} And also it appears in the CFH button  {.center} Which shows a cool menu type thing of who you want to report.  {.center} **Few Other Things:** - New command (:news) brings up Intergrated News - When selecting friends, it no longer deselects all when someone signs in - A message appears when you enter a room warns you of Moderators listening to what your saying. - Hotel Views are now just an [image](http://images.habbo.com/c_images/hotel_view_images_hq/hotelview_default.png) making it easier to use different Hotel Views, for events (Habboween, Xmas etc.). **Other features expected back in upcoming builds are:** - Bots - Guides --- So last night I was in a bit of a rush so I went back over the new version and found that they had made a new registration page, looks more like embed now, screens follow.  {.center}  {.center} **- Lab-Rat**

In a staff blog written by [Kawu](http://www.habbo.de/home/Kawu) over [here](http://www.habbo.de/groups/STAFF-BLOG-42/discussions/94228/id) there are mentions of the end of Beta, Habboween and Christmas. He also mentions Habboween but nothing we didn't already know. {.right}**The team at Puhekupla is changing...the way they write.** Lately we have had some complaints that Puhekupla is losing quality and are instead going for quantity. The team have decided to change what sort of articles we will be posting. **The main things we will be posting is:** - New furni - New badges - New updates/releases - New publicrooms - Catalogue finds - New big campaigns/competitions (eg. AI, Xmas, Habboween, Valentines, Summer, etc.) - Other things Sulake wanted to keep secret. - Rumours **And stuff we won't be posting as much of are stuff like:** - Top Stories - Article images - VIP Visits - Stickers - Background Now some of you may be upset with these changes but these changes were decided on because the quality of articles being posted were slipping and we want the things we post to be of the highest qulity. We will review these changes in a month to see how these changes have affected Puhekupla. **- Lab-Rat** --- Sadly it is also my job to annouce that we lost another staff member. ,Joaoo left Puhekupla today due to a disagreement with some recent changes to Puhekupla. The team are very sorry to see him go and hope he has success with what ever he does next.

Today Habbo uploaded a new sticker collection of Letters (Alpha), they look like leoped, so is this a hint at the new pet? Or something else?  ~~**UPDATE:** Thanks to some help from Emmerrrrrrr from Habborator we found that Marsu means Mars in Czech and there s a site called [Marsu Productions](http://www.marsuproductions.com/) and the color scheme looks similar so maybe there is a promotion coming up soon?~~ **UPDATE2:** Seems to be Al-Ek is a username and he won some sort of Alt comp on Habbo FR, the font can be seen in use on [this group page.](http://www.habbo.fr/groups/hebdo_de_frank) I am not 100% sure on the details. **- Lab-Rat**
